Excellent Location
convenient location really good service
The hotel's proximity to the metro and promenade proved very useful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kelvin at reception provided really good service and spoke fluent English. I found the location convenient to many shops.

Central Location, Awesome Transport Links!
prime location friendly staff
The location is great, basically next to the MTR. Airport bus stops right outside, super convenient! Staff was friendly and quick during check in. We could easily access many attractions nearby.
The room felt small and a bit cramped for two peoples. No complimentary water was provide, inconvenient. I would have prefer a bit more space and some free water.

Staff respond quickly to requests and provide good assistance. The check in process goes smoothly. Housekeeping maintained rooms tidy daily, replace towels, and restock amenities.

Convenient Location and Easy Access
direct access superb location
The subway system is accessible directly from the lobby. It was very easy to get to the MTR subway. The location is near the Avenue of Stars. I walked there in about ten minutes.

The location proved beneficial due to its proximity to public transport. I found that the cleaning staff maintained the rooms well, keeping everything orderly. I appreciated the staff's consistent friendliness and willingness to help when I asked for assistance. The coffee shop in the foyer provided another welcome amenity.
The room I stayed in felt quite small. This. I think more space would significantly improve the guest experience.

clean room liquid handwash airport bus
The room was quite clean. the bathroom included refillable liquid hand and body wash. there was also shampoo available in the bathroom. i found the mtr stations very close to the hotel. Some are even underground. minibuses stopped just a couple of streets away. airport buses were also within a short walk.
the hotel lacked free mineral water bottles daily.

cramped room mediocre service
The location was acceptable as it was close to the MTR.
The room I got was cramped. It lacked complimentary toiletries and free water. The hotel receptionist service seemed mediocre, neither friendly nor polite.
